The Space

Enjoy your vacation with your family and/or your friends in this recently remodeled luxurious house on a 100 acre private land, in the middle of nature, surrounded by wildlife. Our home has an outdoor hot tub (room for 6), fireplace inside and out, an indoor lap pool, billiard table, bar and open kitchen. 4 bedrooms, 3 with king-size beds and one with a sleeper couch which converts into a queen-size bed. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 share a bathtub but each room has a separate toilet and sink connected to the room. Bedroom 3 has a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is an additional full bath with shower downstairs at the pool area.

Guest Access

You have access to 100 acre private land with horse trails and beautiful nature. We can facilitate your trip to the Kentucky Derby.

Interaction with Guests

This is your opportunity to interact with our cows, bees, deer, cats and dogs. You can bring your own horse or ride one of our beautiful trained people adjusted horses. We also have bicycles, 4 wheel drive to explore your own forest. Understand you can also choose not to do anything, meet nobody, talk nothing and listen privately to the many animals you will encounter while staying with us. The Neighborhood

While you stay with us and look out onto the forest and fields the only house you will see where Chuck stays.

Getting around

You will need a car, because taking our horses will take you too long to get to the airport or anywhere else 😉

Other Things to Note

Lifetime experience to meet the Amish and experience how they live today. Book one of our horseback riding trips from 1-5 days or ask Chuck to make something special happen such as a bonfire, or fishing excursion or anything you might dream of.
